SAN FRANCISCO, USA // An award-winning creative leader with more than 25 years of experience, Shelley was named Adweek’s 2023 Experiential Executive of the Year.

As CCO of NVE, she drives the agency’s creative vision for the agency and leads the creative team across an impressive roster of clients that includes Amazon, Apple, Billboard, Diageo, Disney, FX, Liquid I.V., NBC, and Waymo. She also leads the agency’s award-winning content group and proudly serves on the agency’s DEIB Council.

Shelley is known for bold work spanning purpose-driven stunts to large-scale brand experiences and activations. Prior to joining NVE, she was the Global CCO for Jack Morton Worldwide and chair of the agency’s Global Creative Council. Under her direction, Jack garnered numerous high-profile wins for Clio, Effie, Cannes Lions and more. Key past clients include McDonald’s, MolsonCoors, GM, Google, P&G, Meta, Riot Games, and more.

A mom of threetwo humans and one canine), Shelley is passionate about building teams that reflect the diverse world we live in and better supporting parents in the workplace. She is also a musician who has sung with several professional choruses and chorales as well as a rock band or two along the way.
