CHICAGO, USA // Susan Goodenow joined the Chicago Bulls in January 2012. She is responsible for developing and managing the team’s branding strategy and marketing efforts, coordinating and integrating all team communication, and directing the team’s community outreach efforts … she oversees Marketing, Broadcasting, BullsTV, Community Relations, Corporate Communications, Creative Services, Digital, Game Entertainment, and Public and Media Relations … she also works closely with Chicago Bulls Charities. Prior to joining the Bulls, Susan spent four years with the Boston Red Sox, most recently as Senior Vice President, Public Affairs and Marketing. She has also worked for Major League Baseball/Office of the Commissioner, the American Red Cross and public affairs firms in Washington, DC.
Susan graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism and from Georgetown University with a Masters in American Studies .. she also completed the Women’s Senior Leadership Program and earned an Executive Scholar Certificate in General Management from the Kellogg Executive Education program at Northwestern University… she serves on the Executive Board of Bright Pink and the University of Georgia AdPR Executive Advisory Council and is a long-time member of the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago Tiffany Circle. Susan resides in Chicago.
