ALAMEDA, USA // Tom Herbst is the Global Vice President of Marketing at The North Face. He has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy and consumer insights – and has a passion for creating cultural currency. At The North Face, Tom oversees all marketing and consumer engagement efforts, and is responsible for advancing the brand’s storytelling and business goals and strategies.
Prior to joining The North Face, Tom was with spirits giant Diageo, where he served in a number of brand leadership roles. Tom has a BA from Kenyon College where he majored in English, and he studied Italian language and literature in Florence Italy.
