NEW YORK, USA // As Global Chief Strategy Officer of VaynerMedia, Wanda Pogue oversees strategy across the agency’s offices in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Wanda has transformed the agency’s strategic vision, developing a fresh, cohort-led approach that is more suited to today’s modern marketing landscape. This approach builds on the momentum seen across social before, during and after creative runs, by constantly listening and monitoring, and then building on insights to inform future work, media buys, all communication strategies, through to the Super Bowl. Wanda’s approach puts the consumer at the center and brands directly into the cultural zeitgeist.

Prior to VaynerMedia, Wanda spent 19 years of her career at Saatchi & Saatchi, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer of New York where she was instrumental in leading business-building and award-winning work across the agency’s roster of clients, including Walmart, Procter & Gamble and USAA. She also led the strategic vision for brands such as Olay, Tide/Ariel, Head & Shoulders and Trident as Global Strategy Lead, helping to further establish these brands around the world. Wanda joined Saatchi & Saatchi as Regional Strategy Director across both the United States and Latin America. She began her career in marketing research and U.S. Hispanic and multicultural marketing.
