Deborah is responsible for keeping the brand experience at Sephora differentiated and compelling. Her team brings our animation, events, PR, advertising, and loyalty programs to life. Prior to joining Sephora in July 2012, Deborah held pioneering positions on the store and digital side at Target and Old Navy. When she’s not secretly shopping our stores to capture client insights, Deborah is at home in San Francisco with her husband and two children.
