With over 20 years experience in both production and VFX, Lily has an unrivaled knowledge in advertising of the China and Asian market. Initially joining as Head of Production under the Technicolor banner in 2012, Lily has overseen the development of the team. She captained the studio since 2017, through stormy period of pandemic and led The Mill to flourish as the number one creative studio in the region.
