Prior to joining Facebook, Bashkoff spent 19 years at Warner Music Group leading the Global Digital AccountManagement growth strategy and execution for several digital businesses including downloads, mobile ringtones,streaming subscriptions, and digital ad-sales. He was the global lead for Spotify and YouTube and established andmanaged the creative original content team that evolved content strategy and generating new IP through originalprogramming.
