LAS VEGAS, USA // Tyler Ferraro was born in Long Island, NY and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina where he developed a deep love of the sport of hockey and had dreams of telling stories and making films. It wasn’t until his senior year of college where he found a way to combine both of his interests.
After graduating college with a degree in film studies, Tyler took a leap of faith and moved across the country to Las Vegas to join the Golden Knights’ entertainment team during their inaugural season as an intern. 7 seasons later, Tyler is entering his second season as Director, Entertainment Experience where he helps oversee the entire game day experience. As Director, he works very closely with the sponsorship team ensuring that all activations in-game are the best they can be and have an active role in engaging the fans and giving the best home ice advantage possible. He also plays an active role in developing, producing, and directing the Golden Knights Pre-game show open which helped revolutionize what’s possible in entertainment at a hockey game. Recently, Tyler won an Emmy, along with the rest of the entertainment team, for the teams’ championship banner raising ceremony.
His passion is in telling stories and helping create a “why” for everything the Golden Knights do. He also has a pretty intense addiction to Star Wars.
