LOS ANGELES, USA // Hello, my name is Emily Reed, a.k.a. Lazer Champion. I’ve worked as a creative director and art director for over 18 years, building a diverse marketing background out of my experience with networks, agencies, and post-production houses — from both the client and agency perspectives. This experience has afforded me the opportunity to focus on branding, advertising, motion graphics, and VFX. Despite a non-traditional career path, my goals and ethos have remained constant: to learn, grow, and create totally badass work. I strive to lead by example and generate exceptional work across all mediums — broadcast, print, social, digital, experiential, and mobile.

I grew up playing “Name That Font,” a game my father (also a creative director) and I created while watching movies and television. I’d like to believe I give him a run for his money, but he still always wins. My fondest childhood memories are ones alongside him in his office, coloring on comps and studying his designs pica by pica.
