HAMBURG, GERMANY // Toan started as an intern at Jung von Matt and became the youngest strategy director in the company's history at the age of only 28.

Two years later he was named equity partner at Jung von Matt/SPORTS - Europe's most awarded sports marketing agency.

He currently leads the strategy-, PR-, celebrity- and most notably the gaming & esports division with brands like Mercedes-Benz, Vodafone, Pringles, McDonald’s or adidas.

Toan studied in Maastricht, Singapore & Rotterdam and graduated with distinction. He also has been a Master of Arts lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM) in Germany and a co-author of several books and publications. In 2017 he was nominated as a Cannes Lions Jury Member for the category Brand Entertainment.
