A belief deeply rooted in the value that creativity brings both to business and the lives of people. She has a deep quiet sense of curiosity, a sharp observant mind and a need to learn, understand and solve marketingchallenges, whilst advancing the progress of others.
As an experienced brand communicator, creative activist, creative consultant, designer and a visual artist, she is determined to have it all – a prosperous career and happy mother-hood.
With 25 years working experience under her belt, Williams has continued to navigate her way through a still very male dominated industry. She is one of the leading “Creative Forces” of the South African landscape and was recently appointed the very prestigious role of chairperson of the Creative Circle – the first female to be appointed to this role ever in South Africa. She has been a juror on most of the major award shows, serving this past year on the Cannes Lions, Grand Effies, One Show and Loerie panels.
She has a drawer filled with local and international trophy’s and boasts a wealth of experience across various sectors; FMCG, Financial Services, Telcos, Travel and Tourism, Automakers, Public Services amongst others.
Recently, she broke free from the constraints of working for someone, started an agency (very early days – so wish her luck) in a quest to remind the world of the value of creativity. #GoDoWhatYouCant
