MIAMI, USA // Renata Neumann is a highly accomplished advertising professional, currently serving as the Head of Production at GUT, a global creative agency. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Renata has over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry.

Renata began her career as a Producer at Ogilvy, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. She later joined DAVID São Paulo, a creative boutique agency, where she quickly rose through the ranks and worked on several high-profile and global accounts. The opportunity of working with other counties led her to move to the United States, starting as a producer at DAVID Miami.

In 2019, Renata joined GUT Miami, where she became Head of Production and is currently. At GUT, she oversees the agency's production operations and is responsible for managing a team of producers, ensuring the successful execution of all campaigns.

Renata is known for her exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects. In 2019 she has been recognized by Business Insider as one of the 36 rising stars of Madison Avenue that are revolutionizing advertising, in 2022 she was nominated Head of Production of the Year by Ad Age Creativity Award and recently in 2023, she was honored with the titled Producer of the Year by Indie Agency News. Renata has worked on several successful national and global campaigns for major brands, including Burger King, Kraft-Heinz, Coca-Cola and AB InBev. Her expertise in production has helped GUT and the other agencies she worked on to win several industry awards, summing more than 71 Lions at Cannes, including a Titanium Grand Prix.
