AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS // Since 1996, Cece has been a pivotal figure in music, starting as a member of St. Paul’s choir and performing at the National Opera. Her passion for music led to forming the dark-folk-rock band Wyldeck, where she not only performed but also headlined at major UK festivals. In 2015, she took the helm at Paloma Faith’s management and publishing company, DoveLady, and two years later, she transitioned to MassiveMusic. Currently, EMEA Director of Creative Development, serving as a bridge between advertising agencies, production companies, creatives, and brands. Cece is dedicated to keeping music in advertising culturally relevant, inclusive, and diverse. She recently led the launch of MassiveMusic’s initiative, “Pride Never Ends,” a series of events focusing on queer creative expression. Her efforts in the industry are recognized widely, with accolades including ADCN Jury President ‘Music and Sound’ ‘21/23, Cannes Lions Film Craft Shortlisting Jury ‘24, Wikitruth Grand Prix at ADCN ‘23, Cannes Lions bronze in the SDG category ‘23, and several others, marking her as a leading voice in the integration of music and branding.
