He joined CHE Proximity Melbourne as Group Creative Director 2017. And was promoted to Executive Creative Director in 2019.

In that time, Glen and his team have enjoyed a stellar creative run. Winning multiple creative awards at shows including D&AD, Cannes Lions and One Show. Australian Agency of the Year honors from The Effies, B&T and Mumbrella.
