BARCELONA, SPAIN // Isa Espona is the Executive Creative Director at 14 agency, where she oversees the creative direction for CUPRA and SEAT, prominent brands within the Volkswagen Group. She began her journey at 14 in 2016 as an Art Director, quickly advancing to Head of Art in 2017 and then to Creative Director in 2019. Her rise through the ranks reflects her dedication, deep passion for creativity, and strong commitment to both the agency and its clients.

With more than 15 years of experience in advertising, Isa has a rich background in design. She launched her career at the Spanish digital creative agency Doubleyou, working on high-profile brands like Bacardi Group, Diesel, and Evax & Tampax. Her journey continued at DDB Spain, where she contributed to campaigns for Volkswagen, Carolina Herrera, and Audi.

Isa’s work has been recognized internationally, with awards from the New York Festivals, El Sol, CdeC, Laus and Best in auto awards. 

She’s known for her curiosity, introspection, and calm demeanor, she connects with her creativity through her artistic inclinations, including a passion for photography and design. Isa values teamwork, trust, and close collaboration with her teams, believing these elements are essential for achieving exceptional creativity.
