LOS ANGELES, USA // Kenny Gravillis was born and raised in East London with a dream of a career in graphic design. In 1987, he moved to New York City where he started out in the art department of Def Jam Records. Here he designed classic album packages for Public Enemy, LL Cool J, and The Notorious B.I.G. (to name a few).
After five successful years at Def Jam, Kenny moved to MCA Records in Los Angeles, where he became the Vice President of Creative Services.
In 2000, Kenny and his business partner, launched Gravillis Inc., a boutique design agency behind dozens of iconic movie posters including Oscar award-winning films such as Free Solo, BlacKkKlansman, If Beale Street Could Talk, and Bohemian Rhapsody.
In June of 2018, Kenny became an official member of the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences in the Public Relations Branch. Besides film, he also loves all things football (soccer).
