Throughout her career, she has worked at numerous renowned agencies worldwide, including DM9 DDB, Ogilvy, Publicis, R/GA, Dentsu Creative, and Havas Health.Her portfolio includes campaigns for major brands such as Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Jeep, Peugeot, Heineken, Kotex, Huggies, Mondelez, Oreo, Pampers, Vicks, Ariel, Always, Dove, Hellmann’s, Nike, Adidas, Disney, Philips, Intel, Sanofi, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Boston Scientific, and Novartis.

Laura brings to the table a rare combination of creativity, strategy, and business acumen. More than just a renowned creative, she positions herself as a business partner for her clients, delivering ideas that transform lives and increase brand value. These skills, honed over decades, allow her to navigate various communication disciplines, including the complex DTC and HCP sectors, without compromising her creative vision while adapting to regulations.

For the past 13 years, Laura has led teams with a loyal and generous approach, believing that creativity flourishes in happiness. She is dedicated to creating the most pleasant environment possible, ensuring that fear and insecurity do not stifle innovation.

As a mentor, Laura is proud to have guided more than 70 women in the communications industry towards achieving their goals, turning emerging talents into superstars. Laura collects international awards in all the major competitions in the world, and because of this, she has been a juror at the world’s most prestigious awards, including 3 jury presidencies. In 2024, she is serving as a juror at Cannes for the second time.

Beyond advertising, she can also be heard on the podcast “Job pra Ontem,” where, alongside renowned market names, she discusses solutions to the major dilemmas of the corporate world. Laura also frequently speaks at and leads workshops, training talents and shedding light on industry problems.

Laura is a proud and unconventional mother of a 22-year-old autistic son, as well as a fervent advocate for diversity and gender equity. As a member of the Advertising Week D&I Council and co-founder of MORE GRLS, she is dedicated to creating more opportunities, visibility, and value for female leaders across various intersections.
