CHICAGO, USA // As Managing Director and Executive Creative Chair, Morgan leads all aspects of office life and culture for Digitas Chicago—including creative, technology, data & analytics, experience design, account management, media, and operations.
Under his leadership, the office has won its first ever Gold Lion and Grand Prix at Cannes, first D&AD Pencil, back-to-back Gold Effies, and was named #1 twice in the Cannes Lions 2017 Global Creativity Report (Innovation and Creative Data).
Since joining Digitas in 2014 as ECD for the Chicago and San Francisco offices, Morgan has led new business efforts for Kimberly-Clark, Glidden/PPG, British Petroleum and directed the launch of Whirlpool’s highly-awarded Care Counts program and the social media “Black Out” introduction of Taco Bell’s mobile ordering app.
Previously, Morgan spent more than a decade at Deutsch working on clients like IKEA, Microsoft, DIRECTV, Unilever, and Kodak. Prior to Deutsch, Morgan led Saatchi & Saatchi’s first digital creative department in New York where his clients included General Mills and Procter & Gamble brands. Morgan serves on both Digitas’ North American Executive Leadership Team and Digitas’ North American Creative Council. He is also a member of the Chicago Advertising Federation’s Board of Directors.
