SANTA MONICA, USA // Rob is currently the Head of Entertainment, Media and Telecom for Amazon Advertising’s Brand Innovation Lab. He is charged with building innovative ad campaigns and products that let brands stand out on Amazon. He has led the US part of the business for over 7+ years before increasing his scope to expand internationally. Prior to Amazon, he served as V.P. Executive Creative Director at Midnight Oil, where he led multi-disciplinary teams that launched bar-raising and award-winning entertainment campaigns.

Rob attributes much of his success to his curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and empathetic approach to people management. He fosters innovation and creativity by defining strategic goals, supporting collaboration, engaging in popular culture, and always asking, “Why?”. He is a conceptual storyteller whose synthesis of product design and brand marketing has led to over 40 award-winning campaigns and products. He has served as judge for the CLIO Entertainment and Shorty awards. Rob obsesses over the customer and is passionate about helping brands communicate their brand personality and values through storytelling and experiences.

Rob’s favorite quote, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away” by Pablo Picasso, the artist who inspired him to be creative.
