MOSCOW, RUSSIA // Andrew joined the advertising community 16 years ago. He started in a small design shop, and then moved to exploring new territories in international agencies. First, in 2005 he joined Leo Burnett Ukraine and spent almost 4 years there, producing many great works for some of the biggest international brands and getting his first awards.
Then, in 2009, he joined G2 Ukraine, and within the first few years managed to achieve significant results, rocketing the agency to TOP-3 position in national creative agencies’ rating in Ukraine.
In 2013 Andrew moved to Moscow in order to embrace the position of Executive Creative Director at Geometry Global, an agency uniting G2 and OgilvyAction, working for CIS countries. Geometry Global Russia had managed to become one of the TOP-10 creative agencies in Russia during just the first year.
In 2014, hard work and commitment of agency’s team led by Andrew, resulted in the most coveted prize for any advertiser — the Cannes Lion. Together with a Lion Moscow office had won over 120 awards, and as a result was named The Most Awarded Network Agency in Russia and Best Interactive Agency.
In 2015 Andrew returned to Leo Burnett family, this time as an Executive Creative Director in Russia, to face new challenges and opportunities once again.
