Currently as SVP Marketing for the 12bn€ retailer S Group, Lauri’s mission is in changing the whole corporate culture more customer driven by building up meaningful and purpose driven brands, raising up the design savvy culture and totally rebooting the ways to do marketing throughout the enterprise. On his watch, S Group has been the marketer of the year in Finland in 2016, won Grand Effie among several other awards and the creative industry has selected Lauri as a CMO of the year 2016.
Prior joining S Group Lauri worked 15+ years in the agency industry and served global clients during his time at Grey and TBWA. With his team in TBWA Lauri won 5 Cannes Lions with ‘Adidas Window Shopping’ in 2013.
Apart from the marketing industry Lauri has been active in helping several service business start-ups post 2000 and been able to support new businesses to grow towards being leaders in their categories.
