LOS ANGELES, USA // An industry veteran of 25 years, John began his entertainment career at Twentieth Century Fox, where he worked for 11 years in various capacities, including leadership roles in Theatrical Strategic Marketing and International Theatrical Promotions. After Fox, John made the leap to the agency side, starting with Picture Production Company, then launching the International Creative division of The Cimarron Group in 2006, which he led for over seven years. He later moved to Trailer Park as head of International AV.
In 2015, John joined Mob Scene in the newly-created role of President, Global Creative Marketing where he is helping to expand the offerings of the award-winning agency and working closely with studio and brand clients to create seamless marketing experiences. In his career, John has worked in all facets of entertainment marketing and, under his leadership, Mob Scene recently launched Print/Key Art and Broadcast/Streaming divisions to offer full 360 campaigns to their impressive list of clients.
At Mob Scene, John is surrounded by an incredibly talented team of “mobsters” who are responsible for the development of innovative behind-the-scenes content, trailers, TV spots, trade marketing materials, branded advertising and original programming. Recent agency work includes content development and creative advertising for Deadpool, Deadpool 2, A Quiet Place, The Greatest Showman, Wonder Woman, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Revenant, The Martian, Jason Bourne and The Secret Life of Pets, in addition to Bloodline, Walking Dead, Narcos, Orange is the New Black and more.
Away from the office, John is an avid fan of art, travel and real estate development, and spends most weekends in Palm Springs.
