NEW YORK, USA // Kim is passionate about making work that has impact, building teams that are inspired and creating an optimistic and healthy workplace. As A Group ECD at R/GA, she drives the brand experience vision for global brands and helps emerging brands scale and grow, all through a human-centered approach.

Prior to R/GA, Kim led the User Experience practice at AKQA. There she led brand experiences and award-winning work for Audi, Nike, Verizon, Volvo, Soho House, Xbox, Visa and Target. Starting her career as a UI developer in the Bay Area, Kim’s roots lie in systems design, user research, product management, design management and product development.

She has judged several award shows including the Clios, Art Directors Club, AdAge and One Show. Kim is an avid trail runner, taco lover and endlessly seeking the next best island beach.
