LOS ANGELES, USA // Isabel Quinteros has spent the past 15 years advocating for artists, working strategically with brands and publishers to amplify artists authentically. In 2015, after a 10-year career in the agency world, Isabel launched her own PR firm specializing in developing fully immersive marketing and PR campaigns for Hip Hop and R&B artists.
At TikTok, she is dedicated to creating innovative music partnerships that enable artists to engage with fans on the platform in a meaningful way. Isabel was the driving force behind TikTok’s live strategy, including conceptualizing and launching Sound Off in the Comments, which has featured over 100+ artists and has generated over 20M+ views; TikTok’s first live-scripted series, Headstream; and leading the groundbreaking XR live, The Weeknd EXP. Additionally, Isabel has co-led highly visible DEI initiatives, including TikTok’s first creator summit #MakeBlackHistory in 2020, and programs like TikTok for Black and Latinx Creatives in partnership with MACRO and Unbelievable.
Isabel has been recognized as one of Rolling Stone’s Future 25, and Billboard’s Women in Music + Hip Hop Power Player lists, respectively.
