LONDON, UK // Cassandra is a music industry powerhouse. Since joining Sony Music Cassandra has changed the landscape of the business by integrating music into a multitude of spheres. She has transformed culture, helped break artists including Tom Grennan and Mimi Webb and is one of few female Presidents within the UK industry. In addition to leading the company strategy for tech and innovation, Cassandra continually champions women and fosters a culture of positivity within the company and wider industry. Prior to joining Sony Music, Cassandra spent more than fifteen years working for artist management company First Access Entertainment, as EVP of UK and Europe. Cassandra has worked closely with artists and producers including Sugababes, Conor Maynard, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding.

Cassandra joined Sony Music UK in October 2017 where she became responsible for overseeing all of the creative disciplines – comprising of Brand Partnerships & Fashion, Creative and Visuals, Content Digital (Analytics, Insight, CRM), Podcasting and Sync – across the business. The pioneering new division was launched to offer artists an all encompassing perspective, in order to accomplish their creative visions. In a short time, Cassandra has overseen many innovative and commercially successful projects for artists including Miley Cyrus, Mark Ronson, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson.

Sony Music look after global superstars such as Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Travis Scott and Dolly Parton. During her tenure as one of the Presidents at Sony Music, Cassandra has secured and coordinated Brand Partnerships for Mariah Carey with Walkers Crisps, Paloma Faith with Skoda, and for Mark Ronson with both Miller & Wall Street Journal. She orchestrated Hugh Jackman’s explosive Brit Awards performance of ‘The Greatest Show’ directed by Michael Gracey, has brokered filming deals for 4th Floor Creatives In-House production team with the likes of Camila Cabello and Little Mix, and has put together a feature film for P!nk. Her professional profile is incredibly well respected, and she has spoken at Cannes Lions twice, been on various business panels, and guest featured on multiple podcasts including Paul Blanchards Business Leaders podcast.
