FLORHAM PARK, USA // Tim Kemp, now in his fifth year with the New York Jets, is responsible for all strategic marketing, advertising and branding for the team. In his role, Kemp oversees the ongoing promotion of all Jets platforms including ticket sales, events, sponsor initiatives, content and fan engagement programs.

Kemp also oversees the team's creative strategy and execution across all internal and external platforms. In 2019, in conjunction with the NFL and Nike, Kemp directed the award-winning launch of the club's new brand identity, which included new team jerseys, logos, and branding throughout MetLife Stadium and the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center.

Prior to joining the Jets, Kemp spent three years as vice president of programming for Barclays Center where he oversaw content creation and marketing for the arena – bringing world-class entertainment to Brooklyn including concerts, sporting events, and family shows. Kemp also served as director of marketing at Prudential Center, overseeing marketing and branding efforts for the New Jersey Devils and the arena. He previously held marketing roles at the XL Center in Hartford, CT, the University of Memphis Athletic Department, Pebble Beach Golf Course in Monterey, CA, and the University of Connecticut Athletic Department.

A native of Albany, NY and graduate of the University of Connecticut, Kemp resides in Hoboken, NJ.
