Passionate about connecting design, tech and strategy to solve complex challenges that can impact business, and is a true believer that creativity is the only thing that will never get commoditized.

During all these years Saulo had the pleasure to lead and help all the major brands in the World to better connect with their consumers and to deliver great experiences and services that improved people's lives and by consequence generated more value to the brand. Brands like Nike, Google Shopping, Amazon, Mastercard, AB-Inbev, AirBNB, YouTube, Waze, Google Maps, just to name a few.

His work has been recognized by all the major awards such as Cannes, Clio, AD&D and One Show. Also, Saulo has been selected to part of the Design Jury at Cannes, Clio and was the Design Chair Jury at El Ojo festivals, in Latin america. In 2010 Saulo was recognized as the 6th most awarded designer in the world.

Saulo is currently the Global Head of Design at R/GA, helping offices and talent elevate the role of design in each practice and project for Nike, Disney, Verizon and more.

Previous to R/GA, Saulo was a Group Design Director at Work & Co, leading ambitious projects for major Brands in Latin America such as BTG Investment Bank, Dafiti, Camicado and also some global transformational B2B work for AB-Inbev sales team.

Previous to Work & Co, Saulo Led the R/GA São Paulo Office for the past 6 years as a VP, Executive Creative Director. At that time he Led R/GA to become one of the Top agencies in Latin America, being recognized as the most awarded agency in 2018 due to the design work done for Next bank.

Saulo believes that design is a connection tool, to connect people, brand, experience and business, and that any great design needs to stand the test of time with a very clear purpose rooted at its core. Some of this belief can be proven by the work done for Next, a bank built from the ground up to help millennials, and most recently on the new BEES Force app & tool designed to improve sales performance inside AB-Inbev.
