LOS ANGELES, USA // Natalia is an award-winning creative leader with a background in art direction, design, illustration, and studio arts. As a Creative Director at Party Land in Los Angeles, she oversees creative development for brands, such as Drizly and The Habit. Her creative and visual expertise span categories including automotive, fashion, tech, fast food, beer, and spirits.

She arrived at Party Land after producing award-winning work for over four years at R/GA. While there, she helped launch the Bubly brand for Pepsi, and produced campaigns for brands like The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, SVEDKA, Jansport, and more.

A strong advocate of mentorship, she actively mentors up-and-coming creatives across the industry, especially at Party Land, where she champions collaboration and creative excellence within her teams. She focuses on elevating craft and believes that good visual design can be a powerful tool in advertising, particularly when rooted in smart, creative ideas. She knows great design is fun.

When she’s not at her computer, Natalia collects plane tickets from far-off countries and pursues other creative endeavors, including leather working, silversmithing, and neon-sign making. Her senior dog, Buffy, is usually beside her.
