SAN FRANCISCO, USA // As SVP Executive Strategy Director, Yael helps leading retail, tech and lifestyle brands find and capture their white space while building bridges between culture and technology. An expert in innovation marketing, social media strategy and digital strategy. In her role, Yael oversees a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, including Marketing Sciences, Brand strategists, Connection Planning and Experience Design.

Prior to joining R/GA, Yael began her career as a strategist at Young & Rubicam and DDB. In her tenure with the organization, she founded the StratLab, a strategic practice designed to accelerate innovation using diverse data sets and contextual inputs. While at R/GA, Yael has overseen strategy for Reddit, Slack, Google, Coty, Samsung, L’Oreal, Netflix, and Airbnb.

Yael is committed to aligning brands’ business achievements with social impact actions to help make the world a bit better. She received her education at the Fashion Institute of New York and The New School and is a runner, community volunteer, activist, and a mother of three.
