NEW YORK, USA // Devika Mathrani is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at NewYork-Presbyterian responsible for brand, marketing, digital, public and media relations, partnerships, social, content and crisis management. In addition, she leads across the enterprise to advance NYP’s digital strategy and patient communications to elevate and differentiate the customer experience. Since joining NYP she has led a radical transformation of the healthcare system’s brand into a modern wellness partner to meet the needs of today’s consumer by leveraging her experience from 20+ years in financial services delivering customer growth and loyalty.

Prior to joining NYP, Devika served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Consumer Bank at Wells Fargo NA, where she rounded out her career in financial services transforming iconic global brands, both consumer and B2B. Earlier in her professional life, Devika served as the Chief Marketing Officer of US Cards and led Global Digital Acquisition for the Consumer Bank at Citi, and led US Consumer Card Acquisition and Integrated Marketing at American Express.
