SAN FRANCISCO, USA // A veteran of the industry, Adam Novickas is the Vice President, Executive Publisher at Ubisoft where he runs the business for Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Watchdogs. He has been with Ubisoft almost 20 years, and has launched several successful new IPs, including Assassin’s Creed, Watchdogs, The Division, For Honor, and Just Dance. Prior to joining Ubisoft, Adam was on the Clorox Company’s brand team in the laundry division. Adam originally hails from Chicago and is an avid Bears and Cubs fan. He earned a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois and received an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago. Adam currently lives in Kensington with his wife and three incredibly loud sons. In his spare time, he coaches baseball, referees house wrestling matches, and makes occasional trips to the emergency room.
