NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA // June is one of the most respected, awarded and loved creative leaders in health communications, and now Executive Creative Coach to creative leaders. Always leading from a people-first philosophy, she is a unique trailblazer, changemaker and visionary. Throughout her career, June has championed world class campaigns, chaired just about all the prestigious international health award shows, including Clio Health and Cannes Lions (pharma) and helped build creative reputations, careers and business.

June has always believed if you look after the people, the great work, new business and awards will follow. Her love of helping people shine has led her to set up her Executive Creative Coaching business, FUN (For U Now). FUN is all about creating a bespoke blueprint for success which supports, upskills and empowers people to be better leaders. Her unique set of insights, tools and uncanny ability to join the dots is not only great for the individual, but also good for business. June was one of only a handful of female creative leaders in health for many years and inspired and mentored many young women to follow her lead. Her aim now is to help elevate more women through coaching and masterclass creative leadership retreats to increase the proportion of top senior female creative leaders.

Wherever June goes she builds brands, community, culture and people. Most recently, she dedicated a decade to doing just that at McCann Health. She was instrumental in catapulting the company to creative network of the year again and again. Her career with McCann Health culminated with her role as Chief Creative Officer at the flagship office in New York. In less than three years, both the business and the creative team almost doubled. Before moving to New York, June was based in Australia where she held the distinction of being the most awarded female creative leader in the history of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific.

June’s commitment to empowering creative leaders and would-be creative leaders to reach their full potential is what has motivated her to set up her executive coaching business FUN. She works with individuals and agencies, both remotely or in-person to offer intensive individual and group coaching. She also has set up an incredible workshop and accommodation space on beautiful land at Topi Topi, three hours north of Sydney and is curating tailored intensive programs with powerful guest speakers. She has set out to help shape a new generation of creative leaders. Leaders who lead from their heart. And have a whole heap of FUN while doing so.
