ATLANTA, USA // Shannon Womack is the Head of Commercial Marketing at Delta Air Lines, where she leads efforts to drive revenue growth and foster long-term brand loyalty. She oversees teams responsible for global product marketing, membership marketing, partnership marketing, and international marketing. Prior to this role, Shannon led Brand and Lifecycle Marketing at Delta, overseeing performance marketing, global brand strategy, U.S. advertising, and ESG communications.
With over 15 years of experience across industries including financial services, sports, healthcare, and travel, Shannon previously directed marketing initiatives for the US Open Tennis Tournament before joining Delta.
Shannon has been recognized by Brand Innovators as a member of their Top 40 Under 40 in Marketing and a Woman to Watch. She was also selected as a participant in Adweek’s Executive Mentor Program and honored as a 2022 Adcolor Leader.
She is a 2024 graduate of Northwestern University’s Chief Marketing Officer program and she also served as Jury Chair for the 2024 Cannes Young Lions Marketing Competition.
Shannon holds a BA in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from New York University. She resides in Atlanta with her husband, Vic, and their two sons.
