SANTA MONICA, USA // Bridget Perdomo is a dynamic creative music licensing executive with over 15 years of experience in sync, recorded music, and music publishing. She currently serves as the VP of Creative Sync for REPUBLIC Collective at Universal Music Group where she leads high-impact music placement strategies across advertising, film, and television. Throughout her career, Bridget has been instrumental in securing major campaigns for global brands including Apple, Target, Peloton, Nike, Toyota, and Amazon – connecting artists with culturally resonant moments that drive both visibility and revenue. Prior to her current role, Bridget held influential positions at Roc Nation, Sony Music Publishing, and EMI Music Publishing, where she honed her ability to bridge the gap between artists and commercial opportunities. She began her career at the Harry Fox Agency after graduating from Fordham University.

Passionate about advocacy and mentorship, she proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Music, a nonprofit dedicated to advance women’s careers in the industry. Bridget currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children after having spent 15 formative years in New York City.
