LOS ANGELES, USA // Leo Macias is an award-winning global creative leader and founder of Noad Creative, a Los Angeles–based Creative Thinking Studio that partners around the world with brands, advertising agencies, production houses and startups to develop bold ideas beyond conventional advertising. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has shaped the creative vision of leading agencies like Ogilvy, Publicis, Havas, DDB, Laundry Service and global brands across Latin America (including Brazil), the United States, and beyond. Before launching Noad Creative, Leo served as Global Vice President of Marketing & Activation at Amazon Prime Video & Studios, where he oversaw the global marketing operation and led the launch of major films and series, the debut of the TNF sports platform on Prime, and blockbuster cinema releases that helped position Prime Video as the number one streaming brand in the United States in 2022. He also served as Head of Global Creative at Snap Inc., introducing its largest brand campaign and developing high-profile AR activations, technologies, wearables and tech products.
His leadership has impacted industries from entertainment and technology to fashion and consumer goods, blending creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and design innovation to drive measurable business growth. Leo’s work has been recognized with over 250 international awards, including 33 Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, One Show, London Festival, and Effie Awards. In 2024, he was nominated for a Latin Grammy for packaging design. Under his leadership, Noad Creative quickly made its mark, winning five Clio Music Awards, including the Grand Clio, and being named a finalist for Agency of the Year at the Clio Music Awards in its first year. A frequent juror and keynote speaker at prestigious festivals including Cannes Lions, Clio, SXSW, One Show and London Festival, Leo is also a practicing visual artist with exhibitions in museums and galleries in Brazil, the United States, and Europe.
