SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO // Mónica Jiménez González is a marketing and brand partnerships executive currently serving as Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships for global music icon Bad Bunny. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she has led the strategy and execution behind some of the artist’s most impactful cultural moments, including the launches of Un Verano Sin Ti and DEBí TiRAR MáS FOToS— campaigns that have earned international acclaim, multiple awards, and #1 chart placements. Known for bridging music, fashion, and culture with commercial results, Mónica has successfully negotiated and launched high-impact partnerships across luxury, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors. Her work with brands such as adidas, Gucci, and Calvin Klein, among others, has delivered both cultural relevance and measurable business performance.

With a background in marketing and a strategic approach to brand building, she played a key role in the award-winning Tracking Bad Bunny campaign, which received the prestigious Grand Prix in the Entertainment for Music category at Cannes Lions. Before joining Rimas, Mónica led the CoverGirl brand in Puerto Rico and built her early career in the entertainment and events industry. Having delivered culturally resonant campaigns at a global scale, Jiménez brings deep expertise in artist development, brand alignment, and audience engagement, continually pushing boundaries in how artists and brands connect with the world.
