In 2025, the agency was named Agency of the Year at The One Show, ADC Awards, Clio Awards, and D&AD Awards; was named Regional Network of the Year – North America at Cannes Lions for the seventh consecutive year; and rose to the top of The Drum’s World Creative Rankings in 2025. And in 2023 and 2024, FCB New York won its first two Emmys. Under Michael’s creative leadership, the agency has created effective, Grand Prix-winning work for Michelob ULTRA and Spotify, and garnered significant new business wins from diverse brands such as Budweiser, Pringles, LISTERINE, Hyundai, The Gates Foundation, Cheez-It, Johnson’s Baby, Intuit’s QuickBooks, New Era and the New York Mets, more than doubling the agency’s size since he joined in 2020
