DUBAI, UAE // A compulsive storyteller and a serial optimist, Nishant’s affair with advertising started long before any sign of that signature bro-stache. With an MBA in marketing and that diploma in “chatting-up-random-people,” he has grown from a production assistant on the streets of Mumbai, to an award-winning creative leader and mentor in the global scene.
His journey through advertising has taken him to creative shops around the world: Mumbai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Dubai; creating acclaimed work for global brands like Unilever, Nike, RedBull, BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, Amazon, KFC, Pepsi, Qatar Airways, Al Jazeera and Abu Dhabi Tourism. Apart from being a pitch nunchuck, he has earned intermittent flattery worth its weight in chrome at creativity conventions that include Cannes Lions, One Show, Spikes Asia, Loeries, Adfest, Dubai Lynx, NYF, Cristal Europe, Adstars, The Andy’s, Webby, Effie Asia, Lisbon International Festival, ACC Japan and Goafest India. He also believes that “too much modesty, is dishonesty.” But when he’s not making a sales pitch, he likes writing in third person. It’s cute that he thinks it makes one sound very important.
