Glen Scott joined VMLY&R in 2015 as Group Creative Director to lead a team handling Digital AOR responsibilities for Gatorade. Projects included Campaign, Social, Content, Ecomm, and more. The team’s work has been recognized at Cannes, Clios, Communication Arts, One Show, Webby People’s Choice, Project Isaac, Effies, and more. Glen’s game-plan is collaboration. Helping guide collaboration between internal teams, clients, and partner agencies to help develop creative that is authentic and right for each moment in culture.

As a 15-year ad vet, Glen has worked across a variety of clients including Sonic Drive-In, 24 Hour Fitness, and for nearly four years he was a lead creative on the ‘What Happens Here, Stays Here’ campaign for Las Vegas tourism. Immediately prior to joining VMLY&R, Glen was a founder of 1010 Collective, a creative and content agency based in Las Vegas. Clients included Wynn Resorts, Bon Appétit Magazine, and more. During that time the agency was one of two finalists for Las Vegas Small Business of the Year in 2014 and Glen was named to the Las Vegas 40 under 40.
