LOS ANGELES, USA // Hillary is an Emmy-award winning design leader with over 15 years experience in new technology and multimedia storytelling. Most recently she was Director of Design at SpaceX, successfully defining the visual direction for the company and NASA’s Commercial Crew program while leading efforts to conceptualize human experience for future spacecraft. Her background extends to product development for Google mobile AR, Apple Watch, and creative leadership for Fortune 500 brands like Adidas, Visa, Gatorade, Activision and Intel.
Her humanitarian efforts include empowering STEM education through XQ/Emmerson Collective, the UN Climate Summit campaign for Conservation International, advising for XPRIZE and mentoring young women and creatives entering STEM fields. More locally she worked with the city of Los Angeles to create a downtown Art Walk and advise on technologies that benefit minorities and underserved communities through the Mayors Innovation Board.
