NEWARK, USA // Ashley is a Co-founder and the Creative Lead at Brick City Greenhouse, an independently-owned, full-service healthcare advertising agency located in Newark, NJ (a.k.a Brick City). She brings 25 years of experience in launching and revitalizing brands across diverse therapeutic categories and companies: Horizon, Immunomedics, J&J, Merck, Myriad Genetics, Notal Vision, Shire, among many others. Ash previously served as a founding Partner and the Executive Creative Director at CDM Princeton.

She truly believes creating work that improves the human condition is both an honor and a deeply rewarding experience. Brand building is the ultimate team sport and requires a certain skillset: insatiable curiosity, strategic prowess, the ability to push ideas to greatness while keeping people motivated during the creative journey. She is a natural collaborator and works hard to create a culture of inclusion that embraces both the agency and clients.
