NEW YORK, USA // As EVP Executive Creative Director, Design, Kris leads creative teams in designing and delivering strategic brand experiences for some of the most respected companies worldwide. She has 20+ years of experience creating, developing and evolving solid brand expressions in a diverse range of channels and experiences, significantly in e-commerce, retail and complex site design.
She develops diverse talent within client teams to create innovative and award-winning work. Trained in traditional graphic and brand design, Kris has applied her expertise to the digital realm, marrying beauty and utility for interfaces, digital signage, and beyond. Her creative vision and skill have helped produce breakthrough work for many R/GA clients past and present, including IBM, Nike, Nokia, Target, Walmart, and Pepsi.
Prior to R/GA, Kris worked in corporate identity and interactive design on projects for Time Warner, Bloomberg, and Microsoft, as well as for a broad portfolio of clients in the healthcare, technology, and nonprofit sectors.
In 2008, Advertising Age named Kris one of their 30 “Women to Watch,” a tribute honoring the industry’s top female talent. She has won virtually every award from the industry’s most prestigious competitions, including the Cannes Lions, the D&AD Awards, the ANDYs, the CLIOs, and One Show Interactive. She has also served on numerous award show juries, including for the Cannes Cyber Lions, the D&AD Awards, and One Show Interactive. Kris received her BA in graphic design from the University of Arizona.
