SAN FRANCISCO, USA // As a Creative Director at 215 McCann, Nichole leads teams to develop breakthrough creative on projects for Xbox and Forza.

Nichole was previously a Creative Director at Heat, where she worked on various projects for EA, Hotwire, Ubisoft, Bank of the West, Dolby and The San Francisco Aids Foundation. Most notably she worked on the massive, five-minute Madden the Movie, which was recognized at Cannes, the Effies, National Addys, Clios and Shorty Awards.

She was also listed as one of the top 50 advertising creatives by Adweek in the Creative 100 in 2016.
