Whether in an established company or an emerging brand, Kelley has paired her intuitive leadership style and culturally driven approach with modern marketing techniques to drive corporate imperatives.
In Kelley's current role as VP of Brand & Creative for the NBA, she is charged with driving brand strategy and storytelling that will fulfill the promise of the NBA Brand. Prior to that, she has had increasingly senior marketing roles with brands such as Coke, ESPN, LVMH/Hennessy, and Under Armour.
She’s a fierce advocate for young professionals and marginalized groups such as women and people of color who have traditionally not had clear professional pathways in marketing, media & sports. Kelley lives in Monctlair, NJ with her husband and two kids.
