As the National Experience Director for the US and India regions, Kaleeta has also changed how Deloitte Digital is perceived by leading the creative direction of their event and conference experiences such as Dreamforce, Adobe Summit, and Salesforce Connections; while being a voice for diversity and innovation on stage. Her appearances and participation with The Female Quotient, AIGA, One Club and others are a reflection of her commitment to being a digital humanist.
Kaleeta transforms companies from project companies to digital product companies. In 2020 Kaleeta, led an experience fan strategy for a national sporting club creating virtual experience strategy to the commissioner for the 2020 basketball season. At leading retail footwear company, helped developed their global consumer data AI Strategy, focusing how data can be used during the consumer journey. Created a new e-commerce brand experience for leading multi level marketing company. For top membership warehouse, redefined their global employee membership experience. Creative directed a Digital Reality full exhibition for Dreamforce, and created Deloitte messaging theme called Elevate focused on elevating the human experience.
