Born in Lima-Peru, he is considered one of the most influential South American Creative Directors. Together with his longtime creative partner Rolando, he founded L&C late in 2019 with offices in New York City and Lima, gaining early creative success and winning multiple awards at The One Show, Clio Awards, London International, etc.
L&C New York is currently ranked by The One Show as Top 10 Independent Agency in North America and was Forbes Independent agency to watch in 2020. L&C believes that in today’s borderless world, all brands require ideas that break cultural and geographical barriers.
Gian has served as Jury and speaker at Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Andy Awards, Ojo de Iberoamerica, Dubai Lynx, etc. His campaigns have won multiple awards at Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, D&AD, Effies, etc. He published his first book in Latin America in 2016 “Por Si Alguien te dice que NO”, a manual to help emerging talent to turn their limitations into creative fuel. The book became a bestseller in South America.
