NEW YORK, USA // Stephanie Sciandra Smith is the Senior Creative Group Director at Situation–a digital-first agency best known for building passionate communities and driving meaningful action for leading global brands. In her role she oversees the agency's evolving multi-platform creative strategy for live entertainment, arts and culture, and attractions clients.
With a deep understanding of fandoms ranging from musicals to Marvel, Stephanie has spent the last 11 years spearheading innovative creative campaigns for clients including One World Observatory, NBCU Cable Entertainment Group, Roundabout Theatre Company, Smile Train, The Tony Awards, and Broadway hits like Mean Girls, Dear Evan Hansen, Jagged Little Pill, and The Color Purple. Her creative work has won recognition from the Clio Awards, Webby Awards, OMMA Awards, Telly Awards, and Shorty Awards.
Stephanie is proud to be on the Advisory Board for Maestra (a nonprofit organization that provides support, visibility, and community to the women and nonbinary people who make the music in the musical theater industry) and a member of Broadway Women’s Alliance (a peer-to-peer networking and programming organization for female-identifying professionals on the business side of Broadway).
When she’s not at work you can find Stephanie trying a new recipe in her kitchen with her husband, tinkering with a new craft project, or adding to her record collection.
