MEXICO CITY, MEXICO // A passionate storyteller who went from MTV producer to copywriter to one of Mexico’s Women to Watch and Adweek’s 100 Creative Leaders. As one of very few women in a creative leadership role across LATAM, Jessica is a trailblazer in every sense of the word.

Jess came to Ogilvy as Creative VP in 2017, after building a reputation for crafting beautiful stories for clients such as Pernod Ricard, BMW, and Citi. She’s since applied her creative vision to great effect with Coca-Cola, Nestlé, AB-Inbev, Aeromexico, and others, earning her role as Regional CCO for Ogilvy Latina in 2020, where her accomplishments have continued to be recognized by her colleagues.

Under her leadership, Ogilvy Latina celebrated many successes at the 2022 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, including Honduras and Bolivia’s first-ever Lions, as well as being name Regional Network of the Year. Jess has also served as a jury member at One Show and Cannes Lions, and is a member of Ogilvy’s Worldwide Creative Council.

That said, all these achievements pale in comparison to her greatest challenge of all: being the world’s most awesome mom. There are no tougher or more adorable clients than 5-year-old Fabiana and newborn Romina, and Jess moves heaven and earth on a daily basis to find the perfect work-life balance that’s so prized in the creative industry.
