RICHMOND, USA // Danielle is Executive Creative Director at Arts & Letters Creative Co., leading creative across the independent agency’s roster of clients, including Google, ESPN, NBC News/MSNBC, and more.
Her career began as the first-hire in NYC-based startup Weiss, Whitten, Stagliano. There, she helped build brands like Swatch, A|X Armani Exchange, and Guinness. Seventeen years at Wieden & Kennedy followed, where she propelled brands like Nike, Target, Starbucks, Levi’s, P&G-Proud Sponsor of Moms, Facebook, and Partnership for a Drug Free America among others. The Girl Effect for the Nike Foundation inspired Danielle to spend six months in Ethiopia, building a bespoke brand alongside local and global teams of comparably adventurous do-gooders.
Back in the states, Danielle joined Media Arts Lab & MALforGOOD as an ECD, guiding work for Apple, Conservation International, The One Love Foundation, and Emerson Collective (XQ:The SuperSchool Project).
Over the years, she’s won Cannes Lions, OneShow Pencils, D&AD awards, Effies, and more. She’s motivated daily by her love of independent-minded creative thinking and the power of what authentic and bold people can do together.
Danielle has resided in New York City, Portland, Oregon, Addis Ababa, and Los Angeles, but currently calls Richmond, Virginia home.
