PHILADELPHIA, USA // Victoria Isley is the Vice President of Partnership Solutions for the Philadelphia 76ers, a position she has held since January 2021. As Vice President, Isley is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and customized partnership programs that drive revenue and foster partner loyalty for the Philadelphia 76ers. Additionally, she oversees the team's merchandise operations and corporate hospitality and VIP experiences.

During her tenure with the Philadelphia 76ers, Isley has successfully managed the Partnership Solutions department, contributing to significant overall sponsorship growth through the acquisition of new business and partner retention. In March 2022, Isley spearheaded the launch of 76 Originals, an exclusive merchandise line created in-house by the 76ers. Inspired by the intersection of sports and culture, each collection pays homage to the rich history and heritage of Philadelphia basketball.

Before joining the 76ers, Isley gained valuable experience in the Corporate Partnership Activation/Development departments of esteemed organizations such as the Golden State Warriors, the Boston Celtics (during their 2008 NBA Championship win), the New York Football Giants (during their 2012 Super Bowl victory), and the New Jersey Devils/Prudential Center.

Originally from Wilbraham, Massachusetts, Isley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband, Jake, and their son, Jack.
